Pawpaw – Aussie Green
Green Pawpaw is pawpaw picked while unripe. It can be used shredded in salads and for curries.
They are best when firm, green with minimal spots or colouring. Store it in a plastic produce bag in the fridge. If you are keeping it for longer than 3 or 4 days, wrap a paper towel around the fruit to absorb extra moisture.
