Celery – Small Celery Bunches
Celery makes a great low-fat snack, but it can also be used in sandwiches, salads and even in cooking. Celery is composed of long, pale green and crisp stems, topped with feathery green leaves. It’s most often eaten raw, on its own and in salads, but is also good for making stock, as a base for soups and casseroles, or cooked as a vegetable dish. Celery is available all year round.
