**RE: DELIVERY DELAYS & COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS**
We have received an overwhelming number of orders due to other delivery services shutting down and a large number of customers self-isolating. We are just a small company so please be patient with us while we figure out stock levels, delivery times and everything in between to meet the new demand.
We are expecting delays for deliveries and cannot currently guarantee delivery on your selected date. We have our drivers working almost around-the-clock with early morning and evening deliveries. We’re doing our best to send out email updates of any delays. If your order hasn’t arrived by 8pm on the chosen delivery day and you haven’t received an email, please text 0490 364 541 with your order number and suburb for an update.
Due to the situation across Australia, there are also major shortages on many varieties of fruit and veg. We have temporarily removed individual items from the website and we may need to make some changes to our range of Charlies Boxes that aren’t currently listed in the contents, though we will do our best to stay true to the list.
As a precautionary measure to limit our delivery driver’s interaction with customers (and potential exposure), our delivery drivers can not enter your home to help you carry the order in. If you live in an apartment, they can not enter any lifts or areas further than the lobby. Please ensure your phone number is up to date on your account so that we can get in contact when we’re delivering.
We are also currently not accepting boxes back to be re-used due to possible transmission risks. Please dispose of the cardboard boxes in your household recycling.
